@catxo for that I would use tape. Or is there a joann fabrics near you? As far as glue, there are all types I suggest a craft store!

For the hoop, get one of the cheap nurf ones and glue the hoop to the poster board. : ]

Poster board and orange washi tape. Print the letters and glue or just write it. The black looks like a curtain, you could get a black shower curtain or sheet.
