What would you say are the first things to buy after hitting 12 weeks? Not clothes as I dislike…

We didn't buy a thing until about 23 weeks lol x

I didn't even start writing my baby list until around 15weeks. Then didn't really buy much until I had my 20week scan. If someones begging you to buy something then I'd start by making a 'need list' and 'wish list'. Then pick something from there. Bouncers & slings are quite handy to have but not necessarily essential. Depends what your sister wants to spend.

I didn't start buying until after my 20week scan! You could start stocking up on nappies, wipes, muslin cloths, bibs, blankets, swaddles, plain white vests/ sleepsuits and then the bigger things like Moses basket, cot and bedding for them, pram and car seat, playmats, bouncer, swing, changing table and mat, a baby changing bag! Also bottles (if bottle feeding) and steriliser etc! Xx
