How old was your baby when you went back to work? My sister mentioned to me today that I shouldn't work so hard and I should take some time to spend with my baby. I don't really feel like I'm missing anything important by working though. & I spend every waking moment with my 7 month old when I'm not at work 🤷🏾♀️

I went back to work when my son was about 7 months . It was the mommy time for me and I enjoyed being able to come home to his smiling little face and cherished the days I didn't work so I could love on him.

@katrinarwatson1986, I went back after 6 weeks as part time. But I'll be starting next week full time

Well that's good . It gives you that little bit of interaction with adults and makes the moments you are home special . I support your going back to work . Specially if your not a home body type person.

My baby just turned 4 months when I went back to work. But I worked at a family owned restaurant so my boss/the owner is letting me work less hours and she says that when I feel ready she can give me back my old schedule. So I have a lot of time to be with my baby now. I work those hours because I really need the money but I would love to be a stay at home mommy at least for a few years.
