So Connor has wax buildup in his ear and his doctor prescribed him some drops that we do twice a day for a week. Does the wax eventually come out or? Whenever I put the drops in he freaks out so I'm not sure if they are even going in all the way

If it is debrox, it just melts the wax so that it can leak out basically over time and breaks down inside the ear

Does the wax look like it is breaking up
