Went to my 38 week appointment today and got checked for dilation. She said I was at a zero (I'm very bummed out.😔) but she did it almost four hours ago and my upper abdomen hurts sooo bad. Very uncomfortable and crampy. Should I be worried?🙄

I was in pain too after the did my cervix check this week. Even lost some of my mucus plug cuz of it and was bleeding. Plus i was cramping

I've been uncomfortable & crampy since they checked for dilation & there seems to be no end. But I think it's due to the fact that my body is prepping for child birth. I had passed my mucus plug a day before my doctor checked me but I did experience major cramping the night I lost my mucus plug.
