Ok mommies, what is the best way to help your child with night terrors?

If you find out please let me know! My little cousin is six now and has been having them since he was a couple months old. 😔

Nothing you really can do but don't ever wake them up it can make it worse . I have done that once on accident

Tell them that God & her guardian angels😇 are watching over them and protecting them💖 that has helped my babygirl she says it makes her feel safe everytime i tell her that.

My baby has been having them since 2 months. It's really hard to not be able to comfort him or stop him screaming..

Awe yes hes too little. Maybe if you sleep next to him until hes completely asleep that way he can feel safe or sing te him maybe read some baby books to him?☺

We read to him before bed always and I Co sleep all night we are renting a room for now and it's just easier

@bbanna34.hj, my husband doesn't like to co sleep. He doesn't think that he needs to be in our bed. His parents never did it with him so he doesn't want to do it with our kids. My son isn't really the type to be read to, he tries to grab the book and rip it apart haha

So does my baby we give him a little board book or plastic book to play with while we read to him.
