I'm sorry that she said that to you. I'm the daughter of a narcissist and sometimes parents say some dumb shit. Don't give her words so much power and they won't be able to hurt you.

Girl we all fucked up before. We need to fuck up in order to do right and evolve. So as much as she's tryna be negative. Say "thank you, because once I get where I wanna be I can at least say I learned the struggle and conquered it" . Do what's best for you and your baby. You don't need that type of negativity in your life idgaf who it is. If they don't gaf that you're pregnant and emotional, then it's time to " be selfish" it's all about you and your baby. You have to cut off toxic ppl in your life.

The only fuck up in this situation is her. No sain, loving mother would EVER say that to their child no matter age or life decisions they made! Fuck her!

Is her hands clean? She has no right to judge! I'm sorry your going thru that. Don't even listen to her. Honestly if my mom did that I'd be like "if that's how u feel then I guess you won't be apart of me or my baby's life". You don't need that kind of negativity in ur life.

@briannahill1293, I get it... I really do. I mean my momma is my best friend so that'll be heartbreaking. My grandma on my dads side is like that tho. Try to make it seem like she's not at all happy with my being pregnant. I could rant all day about how she's a complete fuck up and tell her that I'm grown. But, I just block her out of my life for now. I don't need her energy. She's a judgy bible thumper who's done a lot of dirt. So the best thing I can do is ignore ignorance. She wants to act like that? Fine. She doesn't need to be around. I'm 25 years old. Too young to be stressing, too old to be feeding into it. It's about my baby girl and that's what matters. It may be easier said than done, but you need to cut off any stresses in your life. Once you've told her that you have no desire to contact her right now, she'll see how serious you are and eventually she won't have any choice but to respect your wishes.
