Just had my first visit with a lactation consultant. It was very informative! I mean even though I've breastfed before, it was 6 years ago and it was only one baby. This time there's two. So it's like a whole different ball game. I now know that I'm definitely not making enough milk yet to sustain them without supplementing. So my goal this weekend is to get all the right groceries, remember to eat! And nurse, nurse, nurse, pump, pump, pump. And somewhere in there is sleeping lol!!!
