Be more involved at the school and with her teachers and front office staff. It could be something she can do to help herself or something they can do to help herself. Then you can see if their is something more you can do at home.
Every school is different and the change in routine can be difficult to adjust to. Kids are resilient though. After going to class a few times and a couple field trips with my girls I could help them find friends I think would be best for them too.

Well at her new school they have something called study hall and she says don't understand her work and can't get it dont on time so they send her to study hall and she never gets to go out for recess

Just be here for her, be perfect mom you are ! And just listened her ask why shes don't like, because you don't want her be bulled or something.
