Does it take awhile for hcg to leave your body? Just curious as I had bloods done on Monday with hcg level of only 14, had heavy bleeding which has now stopped. Took a test today to gather some closure as we thought I miscarried, but test showed up positive right away. This was a cheap dollar store test, which I didn't think was too sensitive. I go back Monday to repeat bloods, but in the meantime do i grasp the fact we've lost our baby, or do I cling on to that little bit of hope?! Advice would be so helpful!
