I got one. You're supposed to get one after you've started your period for the very first time. I've never gotten one though until i had my first dr appointment. But yes your supposed to get one they help determine if theres something going on down there that isn't supposed to be going on, especially while your pregnant.

Depends on how old you are. I don't get one done because I'm under 21 but I would have gotten one if I was over 21 😁
