It's already 5 weeks and 4 days, but I feel nothing. No nausea, no fatigue, I eat well and I want to continue vigorous yoga classes, but I am scared.
Before pregnancy I practiced very intensive and vigorous yoga with complicated asanas and I don't know exactly which of them I should avoid...
My doctor says just do what u normally do unless they tell u any different i actually think yoga will ve very good for pregnancy
