Do any of your S/Os go out and do things for themselves and leave you to take care of the kid/kids and you never get "me" time without the kids? What do you ladies do about that? How do you handle it?

Because tonight. Well every Wednesday night my boyfriend goes out to a co workers house and plays cards against humanity and he asked me if I knew this person and I said yea I went to school with him and he was an asshole like everyone else in school was an asshole to me. And then he says well you probably won't go with me then when I go. Like seriously WTF. I'm so filled with emotions right now as I am pregnant with my second child. I don't know how much longer I can put up with this shit. He can do things for himself but when I want to i can't or I have to take our son with me if I go anywhere.
