Honestly, we just did Dr browns soft tips until she was ready to drink from a straw. She picked up the straw super early. Then we switched to straw sippy cups. She only drinks water though so we don't have the tooth issue.

Jayden since 6 month's while eating baby food will drink and hold his sippy cup. Dr brown' s brand cup of water and he's held his bottle since 3 am..since your child is offer use stickers for encouragement

Have you tried the 360 cup? I let my son play with it while it was empty then put milk in it & he figured it out right away

@bhtlove, we have not , but I was talking to my girl about those the other day !! It wouldn't hurt to try

@bhtlove, she pokes a big whole thru the soft ones lol and her milk ends up everywhere she has 5 teeth already 😮

We just went cold turkey. But she didn't drink out of hard plastic sippys. Just soft nipple ones if we even gave her one. We basically used the miracle 360 cups by Munchkin.
