I'm feeling pretty good these last few days. Sure I've eaten some pizza in there and a bit of ice cream but I'm not going to feel guilty for enjoying the foods I like once in a while. We had a great dinner today so it wasn't all "bad" food. I made my stir fry with shrimp, chicken, mushrooms, brocolli, and carrots over a small bed of white rice. It's been a crazy day but winding down this evening I'm taking a day off from my evening walk to spend time with my husband in quiet, maybe I'll even read some Silent Corner by Dean Koontz.
