Probably because it's best to wait a year to get pregnant again because your body needs to heal.

People love to talk... I wouldn't really worry about what she says, it's not like you can go back in time and not be pregnant... I've seen people get pregnant waaaay faster than that, so I'd just ignore the negativity and focus on taking care of yourself! Congrats!

- Depending on how early along she is, it's normal for them not to have. Wouldn't have seen anything anyways.
