Anybody else have a child that won't sleep without some sort of background noise?

I went through this.. my lg would only go to sleep with white noise on the tablet so i bought her this hippo with rain noises and a light on n now she goes straight to sleep after 5 mins and the light and noise goes off on its own its really good xx

Think I'll try that, she will only fall asleep for the night with the hairdryer noise then when she's asleep, I have to put the fan noise on and if it stops she wakes up instantly. It's getting so bad, she will just not sleep no matter how tired she is unless there's some noise she's always been like that. Xxxx

Thats what gracie was like there was a couple of nights where she would cry coz she wanted noise on but i stood my ground n after 15 mins she was asleep.. the crying lasted for around 3 nights but ahe got used to that noise from the hippo n now she just goes to sleep with no crying its lovely xxxx

Just bought it for Faye, I'm hoping she will do the same. Xxxx
