Marriage is such a funny thing..just when I think everything is on the verge of falling apart, he does something small that may seem insignificant but it renews my hope! He works so much to support us that sometimes we go days that we barely speak. Finding family time is rare, but when it does happen I'm smiling all day ☺️ tonight was one of those hard nights I felt myself questioning whether or not we were going to make this marriage work..trying to think of ways to save us. I try not to bring things up when it so late and he has to get up early for work so I hide how I'm feeling so he can get some sleep. But by some miracle (I could swear he's a mind reader) he rolled over and cuddled me for about an hour (he says my body temp runs high so snuggling for us doesn't last long) and kissed me and hugged me and it's like all my doubts melt away. I dunno how he does it...but just when everything feels broken, he reminds me that he still loves me. And even though we are not as touchy and cuddly as we were when we were teenagers and still in the "new love" phase, it doesn't mean he loves me any less. Our love has just evolved for the time being. A true test of love is when you are no longer in the honeymoon stage and things are tough and you feel disconnected. And it's moments like this he reminds me that our love is still strong and very much alive ❤️ #feelingloved
