Decided to take the Unisom I was prescribed months ago..... Hopefully I'll be sleep soon cuz this staying up til 4a.m every night is becoming annoying. I took 2 because they're only 25mg...

Would melatonin help any? My sister can never sleep and was told to pick some up. An hour after she takes it she's out. Wakes up 7 hours later naturally :)

@bbyotw Available at Walmart or any pharmacy, no prescription needed :) And yes! Safe while pregnant. Keep to 3 mg or less, though, as posted ^ above.
