I got one and it was a waste. Made my pain worse so I refused to wear it.

I got one with my last pregnancy because I carried him so low. It did help but I agree with @emiliasmommy15 the Velcro ruins it quick.

Personally mine helped but i hate the velcro part cz it would come undone at certain times😑😑
