I want to know you guys view on this. So my husband is a team leader as a home health aide. When someone can't make a shift he has to cover it and etc. A employee who works with him seen that with this month every other week he's getting more hours than her. She signed the schedule without looking because her schedule been the same for 3 years. She called someone above him because she felt she been there longer he shouldn't get more hours than her. She called someone above him and said this isn't right. She said she'll look into it. Now this lady can go to other houses to get more hours but she's old and stuck in her ways and wants to be lazy. I told my husband he should step down because his employees don't respect him because he's 23 and is in charge of them. He makes .50 extra but he should be getting a dollar extra than them. He shouldn't be getting $800 after taxes every two weeks while they get 1000 checks. The staff above my husband don't have his back I believe. There were plenty of med errors he reports and they do nothing about it really. I told him he should step down because then at least he can get more money by picking up shifts at different houses.
