Ugh yes, that happened to my daughter. (though, I don't know if she had a problem with acid reflux) It's super scary! Milk came through her mouth and nose at the sametime. I had to resort to sucking her airway clear with my own mouth, because she was freaking out so much, I couldn't get to use her suction "bulb-thingy" fast enough!
