I feel your pain 😂 my husband is a "gringo" as my family jokes. He will eat the banana with picadillo and arroz but he wont eat anything that seems "gross" like frijoles rojos con Lacón or Rabo encendido. It grosses him out 😑 He's a picky eater. @_sheriee

He doesn't like rabo?!!!@simplyshantell . My husband eats most of what I make except bananas with his food, maduros, and he won't eat rice more than like once a month! I made him harina con huevo frito and he was so confused, that he didn't even look at!

@mamaprince , where are you from? My husband is north African. I cook alot of food from his country for him and it's definitely a perk to try all the new recipes.

@_sheriee He doesnt like the texture of the Rabo or something, he says its like "a gooey substance" lmao. That s*hit is so 🔥🔥though. My son loves maduros and he will eat them too but hes not really a big fan. Harina is easy and really tasty but once again my husband looks at me like I'm an alien when I serve it. Lol. And the Lacon, one time after softening them in the pressure cooker he got a glimpse and asked if it was pigs heart and gave me the 🤢 look. Hes never eaten red beans again since. Lolol.
