Alright everyone I need advice.. my son has had diarrhea for weeks. He sometimes has had up too 10 or more a day. I can barely get him to eat any food, and when he does it goes right through him. I've took him too the doctors multiple times but they don't even seem to care and say it's just teething. But he hasn't been acting like his normal self lately and it's getting me frustrated that they won't look more into it just incase something is wrong.. just don't know what too do

The important question is: Is he losing weight? Is he gaining weight? Doctors will look at the weight. If he is having diarrhea so much that he looses weight and is below average weight, unhealthy, and showing signs of inability to thrive, then that's when they become concerned.
On a side note, perhaps he has dairy intolerance.
Yeah see I took him to the er like two weeks ago and they said he had an ear infection and gave him medicine for that and that's it. Didn't even listen to me about him having diarrhea for so long. So middle of last week he kept messing with his ear and still having diarrhea so I took him to his actual doctor and they checked his ears and said they were fine and just told me to keep giving him probiotic. No one seems to take me serious about it
Is he cutting teeth? Will he drink pedialyte to at least stay hydrated?
Change the doctor. Possibly the ER. My daughter has never had diarrhea for more than a few days. He possibly may be allergic to something you're giving him.
He's stayed the same weight since he was about 9 months. He will be one the 30th
