Can you not get the epidural?

I don't want it I'm terrified Imma feel it and I hate needles @jerryjrmommy

The IV meds work really good and you can have as much as you need. Where as an epidural has lasting effects after birth like back pain, headaches, etc. Breathing is where your focus needs to be. I'm not good with pain either but as I had more children I noticed how important it was to breathe slow and deep. You'll be fine!!!
