Is heartburn after pregnancy normal? I've had it twice already and I've noticed it's always after I eat a burger or greasy foods but I'll only get it in the middle of the night 🤔 I never had heartburn during my pregnancy so this is kinda weird

It's normal , some symptoms like that and back pain never go away for some . Sadly I was one now that I'm pregnant it's 100X worse :/
I had to take Zantac before pregnancy I stopped taking it while I'm pregnant

Over the counter omeprezole or prilosec. Helps a ton.

Your doctor can also prescribe it, may be cheaper that way depending on insurance.
I've been taking it throughout my pregnancy before a meal and it helps a ton.
