How do you know when you are dehydrated?

Not exactly weak. Been a little more tired than normal. However, that happens every time I get an ear infection (which I have had for nine days now.)

You can get crampy exhausted weak

@cb958805 Yeah being tired is a sign as well but dehydration mainly starts when you become lightheaded and dizzy out of breath. I done passed out so many times from dehydration so trust me I know it ain't nothing to play with especially with the weather being as hot as it is.

Crap. Honestly I was hoping it was dehydration. I don't think it is. I have tried everything (water, gatorade, tea, a pepsi, cough drops) to soothe my extremely dry sore throat. I think I am going to get tested for the strep throat mom is being treated for.

@cb958805 Pepsi dehydrates you even more love because of all the caffeine but it might not be dehydration trust me you would know your body would tell you you wouldnt even be able to stand on your two feet like that if you was dehydrated. You would be so sluggish

It souns WAY weird. But the carbonation usually soothes my throat. I usually drink a little sierra mist, but all I had was my boyfriends bottle of Pepsi. So I drank a little.

@cb958805 Yeah just substitute the pepsi with water so your body still getting enough fluids especially with being sick you got to consume more liquids if anything

Really doubt it is dehydration. Think maybe moms strep struck our house.

When u pinch ur skin and pull it up and it goes back down slowly ur dehydrated but if I goes down normal your not. I hope that makes sense

Def. not dehyrdation then. Damn. Dehydration is a fairly simple fix. Guess I am off to the dr.
