Who found out what gender their baby was ?? I need opinions on whether to find out or not x

I did! I couldn't wait to know! And so glad I did and I will for any future babies too! I loved knowing that it was a girl- it helped picking a name, helped get organised with clothes etc! Also I was convinced it was a boy and so was my partner and everyone- only one person thought girl! I think it helped us bond in a way and think about baby as a girl💞 I think it made it seem more real to me just knowing the gender! Plus I don't like surprises so just had to find out!😂 but some love the wait and then the surprise and announcing the gender when the baby is born! Plus they can never be 100% correct on a scan too! Xx

I haven't found out what baby is, we call baby "peewee" to avoid saying "it!" My boyfriend wanted to know but I didn't. At this stage, we have bought pretty much bought everything, had all scans and do not have much more to do so not knowing the gender is the final bit of "mystery" in our pregnancy. It's a matter of choice though and I think deep down each person knows whether they want to find out gender or not x

I found out with both of mine because I new soon as they was born I wouldn't put them in neutral clothing I'd go straight out and buy loads of pink or blue! So instead of wasting my money I found out and plus I couldn't wait any longer haha x

@sammii.holliis I did too. Always wanted to know the gender and got the private gender scan done was also confirmes at 20th week scan. I couldnt wait untill the birth-too much of a curious person. Also wanted to pick the name, get organised.

Really hated calling her an "it" and even the pet name of "pudding" wasnt cutting it anymore. Knowing that its a she also helped me bond with her.

I feel its one more thing that introducss me to her.

Dont get me wrong if i bad pacience id wait to find out at birth but i dont. End of.

I found out gender with all my kids and at 16 weeks with 2 out of 3 of my children and it was right & worth every penny 💙💙💕x

I am not finding out :) I always said I wouldn't so I can be surprised! It is so so tempting especially with family and friends pressuring me to find out but I just think it will make the day you meet that tiny baby all the more special and exciting ❤
