Chuck them in the bin lol. Sounds harsh but if their in the bin you can't cave & give him one & he will eventually realise he has to drink from something else. I did this at 13months with Morgan. Took him about a month then he accepted his beaker. I'm slowly trying to fade out bottles with Max. But will be throwing his out next month as well.
