RANT AHEAD:
So now I am being ungrateful and disrespectful because I am being forced to get rid of my cat or else my mother in law will take her to the shelter. Naturally I posted adds on Facebook and Craigslist for her because i want to at least try to find her a home before shes just stuffed in a cage. Well my friends mom commented asking why I can't have her and I explained that I can't take her with me because of my MIL and her mom replied saying how that's mean and it's unfortunate and I just replied saying I agree and it's really heartbreaking. So my MIL sends my boyfriend this long ass text telling him how I'm so ungrateful because she has done so much for me and opened her home to me so for me to post that on Facebook and make her look like the bad guy pissed her off. But like she is the fucking bad guy the only reason she is doing this in the first place is because she is trying to show that she has power over us now that we live in her house and I'm so done honestly. We haven't even moved in and I want to move out. I've always been kind and extremely thankful for everything she has done so for her to act like this is so annoying, makes me not want to have my son around her.

Well personally knowing my mil is on my fb I just won't post certain stuff. Since she can clearly see and read those responses . It opened of the can of worms for her to be offended . I would have messaged the other person in the inbox . I've been there done that and learned . Something things just aren't worth it . It puts strain on the one person in the middle , your husband .

But I don't see where the ungrateful comes in . But I get why she may have felt offended. Sucks you have to give your cat up. But that's parents when it comes to living under their house rules

@krenee1120 yeah I guess you're right, you live and you learn. I just didn't think she'd over react in such a way. We are adults I figured if she had a problem she could talk to me one on one about it and not put him in that situation. It's how I would have handled the situation.

@debdeb1, yea but let's be real MONSTER I mean mother in laws can be the worst sometimes . They feel like they are the most important to their kids . It's like they think we want to replace them . So they don't always think rationally. It's like they want us to get in trouble or fight lol.

@krenee1120 Ive always been extremely thankful for all she has done and I completely understand why I have to give her away, everyone in the house has made sacrifices so that me and my boyfriend can move in so it's only fair. I've been there when I was younger and I remember my mom doing the same.
