Sometimes my hubby is the most considerate man on the planet..but most days he doesn't notice the obvious. Like today. He knew I didn't get to bed until close to 3am (dog pee and my unborn child is using my bladder like a trampoline) and for some reason my daughter woke up at 6am and wouldn't go back down so I had to get up with her. My husband woke up at 10...I went to wake him up and immediately passed out in our bed until the kids ran in making as much noise as possible. The entire time his nose is buried in Facebook. He eventually got up and I assumed he was going to let me get at least an hour because we have a very busy day ahead (with no time for naps which in itself is exhausting). Nope. Just moved out into the hallway with his nose in his phone. Eventually I got up to bring the girls back down stairs. Passed him. He didn't even look up and as soon as he saw me go down he went right to take what I'm assuming is a shower but what I know is going to be another 2 hours fuckin off in bed and then the worlds longest shower. Would I like to simply ask him "hey honey I really need the extra sleep do you mind going with the girls downstairs for a while?" Sure! But that always leads to groans and bitching and whining that he needs a shower first (which by the time that's over I'll have no time to sleep) and it's just not worth it. So this is a great start to the day...hopefully it can only go up from here right?
