****Possible Trigger Warning****
****Possible Trigger Warning****
I realized something last night. So back in high school I dealt witg very severe depression and anxiety, i couldn't imagine myself living to high school graduation. On August 26th of my senior year I overdosed on my prescription medication bc I had gotten to rock bottom. That was the true start of my recovery from mental illness and self harm. And now, 4 years later, this month on the 25th we will be signing on our first house. I will be celebrating my 4th year of true recovery as a wife, a mother, moving into our own home. I never pictured all this for myself. I truly didnt. When I saw my future all I saw was black. And now I have all this. Y'all, it truly gets better. ❤❤❤

I still deal with depression and anxiety, but on a much more manageable level. I went to therapy for it after my overdose my senior year of high school, but only a few weeks. And for me, it wasnt much of a help but I am not comfortable talking in person about myself and my thoughts. I did talk to an email mentor for a a while which I got through the hopeline, which was massive help for me. If you need to talk or vent or have any questions I dont judge and my inbox is always open!
