I went to the ER, they didn't say much, just gave me an IV and sent me home

If you can't keep anything down not even fluids and begin to feel dehydrated then yes go to ER and get fluids

i would go to the er. they will put you on fluids and give you something for nausea.

I would go to the er just in case! Or call L&D or your ob! Just to be on the safe side! @miracle0723,

That is normal. When you continuously vomit you cause your esophagus to bleed which in turn comes out in your vomit. You will most likely need fluids
