Sometimes I don't give my OH enough credit was up with me from 1:30 to 4 rubbing my back as I was throwing up constantly throwing up in the toilet couldn't get to sleep so he put the telly on and stay up with me until I went back to sleep and then got up at 5 to do his 6-2 shift today feel so bad for him 😔😔

@jobraydendanny I do sort of if I eat to much food but I think last night I ate something dodgy cos o can't get off the toilet and my OH doesn't feel well today either xx
