This pinched nerve in my neck is driving me nuts, my hands are all pins and needles all the time 😫😫

I hope that gets better! Mine was really bad when I was pregnant and thankfully went away after I gave birth. I feel for you!

We don't have benefits either since we are both self employed...it sucks but if you can talk to the chiro on your first appt and say funds are tight and is there anything they can do to help? My chiro let me pay every other Friday (payday) whatever I could and it may only take a few sessions to fix you up which wouldn't be a huge amount! Good luck

@alecandfrankiesmum mine too. Sucks. The top of my spine is s shaped and the bottom near the tail bone has a hole and it's pushed forward. I hope you find relief

@jloop7509, question when you had a pinched nerve, did your skin ever feel bruised. The one side of my body all feels bruised when I touch it. Same side as all the pins and needles

Mm not so much bruised but there was always an ache like I had worked out all day
