Tightening of your uterus and entire belly. Feels somewhat like a period cramp. Super uncomfortable.

@jazmineestrada0, ummm when they're strong ones yeah, I was screaming lol but not until it's unbearable. They start out almost unnoticeable and progressively got more annoying for me until I was so annoyed I went to the hospital and they told me I was in labor lol

@jazmineestrada0 you should be able to breathe through Braxton hicks. If they are super strong and frequent, thags a sighn of labor

@jazmineestrada0 No it wont nessecarily go away when you move. I mean a contraction is a contraction, but they call the Braxton hicks or "fake" contractions, because you are not truly in labor. They are pretty much the same as real ones, just not as intense.
