What does this do exactly? And how long after birth can you use it

@alekismyworld, as soon as you are discharged from the hospital! So, your body loose a LOT of core and back strength during those 9 months. This helps support. And, If you have a c-section (like me) all your organs are loose inside and this helps you feel supported and not like everything is going to fall out, haha. It also helps your belly shrink back to pre pregnancy size much quicker. All around - amazing for your sore body.

@alekismyworld, yes! Well. I didn't buy it until about a month PP and I was kicking myself for not buying it sooner. I even wore it when I started to work out again. Really, I just love the lower stomach support it gave!
