Ways to lose weight...? I feel so ugly:/
Bad thing is I'm not "huge" I just went from 130 to 150 and i can tell the difference. Me and my bf is actually fighting right now because I told him I feel fat and wanna stop eating and work out and run and he got mad bc I wanna exercise a different way then him-.-
I've been taking a walk everyday w my daughter and eating low carb. Pretty much meat, eggs, cheese, some vegetables. It's hard but will be worth it if I can stick to it. If you look up keto diet you can get meal ideas. :)
My boobs have grown and so has my butt. So I mean it's not that big of a difference but it has torn me down, I hate it. Idk why I care but I do you know?
