okay mamas who has experience with the mother milk tea? do you think it will be okay to make in bulk and individually store in water bottles to drink throughout the day or is it meant to be drank warm? please help me

hmm yeah I've heard that too but I'm trying other options since I don't like oats, oatmeal or anything like that

I just found out today (thank you @beebaby) that some supplements can actually cause issues like bloating, gas, diarrhea. I've been taking fenugreek and drinking tea. Didn't even think about it. I feel bad 😞
