This has been on my mind HEAVY since it happened !

Honestly I may sound harsh but do what u have to do to stay home with ur kid trust no one when u trust that ur kid can tell u what happen then that's when it's ok to leave him. I would never go back. We have cloth diaper groups, CD is not that hard really, u can shop second hand, downsize your belongings, budget yourself, evaluate your homeowners insurance get Max deductibles. Consider your vehicles, but in bulk do food storage grow a garden the list go on I'm happy to share what works for me and give in tips u may need @jaidensmommy,

Wow ! That's scary and sad. I hate that your son had to go through that. & I'm sure you're mind is everywhere. I'm sure that kid has hurt other kids as well and that's the scary part. He should not be left alone with any child if that's his behavior.

You should report the day care for neglecting the issue. If they didn't catch what that child did to your baby and while you were bringing it up saw the kid doing it to another baby then they aren't doing their job as a day care provider and shouldn't have a license to care for children. They need to be able to keep the children safe at all times. I wouldn't take my kid back there no matter how much money I paid

Wow..how sad.Report that speak w ith the owner of a daycare..Why would a crawling baby be left alone w who a toddler in dif age groups..not buying that excuse! Looks like an adult w nails if u ask me.I have been a mom over 21 yrs.Demand your money back and keep those pics

I don't want to exclude my son from interacting with the couple of other kids but I don't want him hurt either. She says how he has hit a lil girl upside the head and snatches their bows etc. like where are this child's parents !

@jaidensmommy okay sorry reread it.Go demand your money back and find another daycare.I never used a in home daycare w my oldest i was lucky to have him In daycare in the same plaza i worked in..i also would volunteer on my days off sometimes so i can see myself how kid's would be treated.My son was in daycare from 6 wks old until he went to kindergarten thankfully no problems.My 2nd son started daycare at 13 month's the 1st daycare i put him he was bitten on the cheek when i put him in the carseat i noticed it.went back inside of course no one knew Nothing and i took him out of there.Put him in a daycare also near my job and no issues and volunteered on day off sometimes.With son#2 and now #3 his father watches him on the day while i work and when i come he goes to work..so hoping to keep my 3rd son out of daycare still..soo sorry your baby went thru this

@sherrynygirl, yeah we are working on things to where we can do that. It's just hard because we both work morning shifts but with me working part time I get off fairly early so it's not bad but yeah like these last couple of days it hasn't been any problems because my fiancé went and cursed her out and pretty much threatened her because he was angry. And she apologized n said it would never happen again

@jaidensmommy how old is the child that did that?can't imagine a child doing that in seconds..what was the lady busy doing right? Maybe some aloe lotion will calm that burn just sad he went thru this

@sherrynygirl, she said she was getting food for them babies.. and they were playing and when she came back into the room the little boy was by my son and my son was laid on his back ..

I'm like and he wasn't crying? Wtf .. ain't no way. I was so confused. She says the child just turned a year old and my son is 9mnths

My mother in law owns her own day care and is certified and at all times she has toddlers separated from younger children. That looks like an adult did it. I would not trust anyone and I would be so pissed I can't even explain what I would do to that lady if I saw that on my child. There is no excuse for why he has that. That looks bruised and like it was being done to him for quit awhile he wasn't crying hmm, she should have been there quick and it wouldn't have looked like that.She can poke someone else's eyes but that seems like a huge lie. She needs the children separate by ages.

Id call the police or cps on them!!!

@babydiehl2016, yeah I really considered everything but the lady doesn't have nails so I was like okay well who could've done this? I said a child because the child was pinching/scratching a younger child as I confronted her about it and he was trying to hit another child with toys and all. The next morning my fiancé seen the same kid snatching bows from another babies hair and the lady just made it aware he was a rough child and she stays on him

I'm looking for daycare centers now.

I Just cant imagine her doing such though but you can't put anything past anyone.

Then paying all that money up front for her to keep him this was the least of my expectations.

I immediately said to myself the marks looked intentional and it threw up all kinda red flags with me but this is my first time dealing with this .. I know how kids are because I've had niece and nephews to have problems with other kids hurting them or some type of altercation in the past so I only assume that this would be the same case. Like how would I be able to prove if she did it or not ya know. I've had a headache trying to figure this out these past couple of days

I told her I didn't agree with that and to keep my son as far away as possible from that child. and since then we haven't had any problems but I hate I feel that I find myself worried every time we drop him off of something may happen or not

and the fact my son can't talk and tell me what's going on there eats me up inside.
