Feeling really tired hot and body hurts just got done cleaning my house now giving baby girl a bath then putting her down for a nap so this mommy can take a hot bath and relax

Read a post on here that if ur dilated a hot bath would help dilate faster? Would a hot shower do the same thing? My bath tub sucks. @audreysmama
