Can u use Vicks menthol rub on an 11 month old for a cough and runny nose?

They have baby vicks, much safer and lighter in smell for them

My son has Asthma and thats what I use when he gets a cold , works good if you put it on their feet lol

Snuffle babe I use, worked wonders for McKenzie I used to put it on his vest under his pjs so he can't get any in his eyes or on his hands
