Yes it's completely normal. And allot of women don't even realize they do it cause your ob keeps you cleaned off if you do. Its not why they say not to eat before delivery. They tell you not to eat before delivery because the pain meds with food can make you have nausea and vomiting and also with the possibility of having to have a c section.

I did and didn't know it until days after my birth 😂😂

@emiliasmommy15 I was loopy on the epidural and my husband and mom didn't want me to feel embarrass 😂😂😂

I went in 7 am with my first and didn't eat all day in hospital until I delivered at 9 pm I was frikin starving all day which made me soo nauseous I was throwing up! So I wish I have ate at least something and it seems they pushing for c-sections soo much these days because they make more money. They were telling me If you can't push we will have to operate. Baby was perfectly fine just taking longer to come down and I said hell no im pushing this baby out no matter what and I did. A healthy baby boy! For emergency c-sections I understand that's a different story. As for pooping I was afraid of that too lol I'm sure I did a little but it's normal.

I did it, nobody warned me and I was induced so there was no "cleaning out" stage for me. I laugh about it now, Drs are used to it

@bethann87, yea i figured they are used to it and i have an amazing dr but i still would be embarrassed lol
