Since its breastfeeding awareness month, I'd like to share this food for thought (yes, pun intended)... I've been breastfeeding P since he was almost 3 weeks old. Today he turned 11 months. He was exclusively breastfed until 6 months. The COURT is now "making" me stop breastfeeding so P can spend longer visits with his a#* of a father (who's lawyer also told me that I'm using breastfeeding as an excuse). P is showing no signs of being ready to be weaned. For example, Today he went to daycare for a few hours and went on a milk strike. How are the people in the court doing what's in the best interest of P when breastfeeding after age one isn't taken into consideration?
Get all the documents you can from as many people as you can. Document everything. Good luck
@deckroth2001, well P's daddy is a dumb ass and doesn't care about anyone except for himself which is why he didn't agree to anything in a settlements conference and is also now why there is going to be a trial... 😬
@amommyofp well I just pray that baby P gives daddy heck and stands up for herself. He will see that she needs you.
@deckroth2001, I have letters and documents from him saying that if I want to continue breastfeeding P I can
@deckroth2001, I have been collecting documents. Thanks.
