Never wait on going in after a c section... go ASAP, that isn't a cut on your finger... they give you instructions to go back if you get a fever for a reason! That's a straight up cut to your organs inside, I know, I had one and they made it clear to be proactive if anything happens

Does it smell? Please go! I ended up having to put iodaform in my incision for months after my 1st c section. It busted an infection

@twinpeanut sounds like it may be infected, especially since you're running a fever. Go to the ER immediately. You don't want it to turn into sepsis!
