Yes it was okay but it was extremely uncomfortable trying to dig it back out after you have to change it, & it was always popping out which sucked lol

I would have to take it out to poop or it would fall out. I would also get dizzy spells if my blood sugar dropped right before eating and wouldn't go away unless I ate, a co worker of mine had the same issue... my job doesn't always allow for breaks, so it didn't work for me...

Yup it sucks. Pops out when you crap too. Then you are supposed to rinse it off and put it back in

I used it and I got a lot of yeast infections cuz of it. 😕
