@fasciamom, I just let her have a tsp of carrots and that was enough.. she started spitting it out at the last drop. I'm gonna do 1tsp for breakfast & 1tsp for dinner & see how she does! Thanks for your help:)

None! It is not good for babies under 6 months to have anything other than formula or breastmilk!
