Is it normal to have cramps this early? They come and go but it's freaking me out. I had a miscarriage about two years ago and now every little pain or cramp I get I freak out.

@juliaschade41, no blood at all. Not even spotting. Just got cramps that come and go thru out the day.

I did too, it is normal if they are mild and like @juliaschade41 said, no blood. Even a little light pink or brown blood is ok, but call your doc and let them know. And go in if you cleave red blood!

The thing that made me a little more comfortable with the cramping (because of a previous miscarriage) was that a. Cramps are not a sign of misscarige, they are the uterus getting rid of the blood so if there is no blood, try to relax (it's hard,i know!) and b. Your uterus is growing as is the baby, and this too causes cramps. So try to think of it as your baby growing!
As always, listen to your body and of you feel something is wrong, call your Dr, especially if bleeding starts or if the cramps are unbearable.
