Anyone else having trouble keeping water down during the first trimester? This is terrible!
I am taking vitamin B6, unisom, zofran, reglan, acid reflux, and folic acid.
Nausea this time around is being managed by rx medicine. The obgyn saw my chart from last pregnancy and prescribed me same medicine from last pregnancy thank god! I still have nausea and vomiting; but not as bad as last time. 🙏🏻
@littlemissnh I'm going to get the freeze pops today. Sorry to hear you were hospitalized for 4 weeks!!!
During my last pregnancy the maternal fetal medicine specialist I saw recommended adding a slice of lemon; it helps with nausea a little too. Also pedialite makes freeze pops that are easier to eat than popsicles, and those were a lifesaver for me. I had hyperemisiss graviderum and was hospitalized for almost 4 weeks because of dehydration. Also for what it's worth I can also drink vitamin water and lemon lime Gatorade/Powerade.
I am in my 3rd and still have a hard time getting water to stay down @callher_bunny
@kelseyp16 I was addicted to slurpies before getting pregnant. Hmm I love love love em
@callher_bunny, thank you yeah I'm glad because I would have had to do it alone hope you feel better
@mommysbabies oh my goodness, thank goodness your able to wait it out!!!
Trust me I feel ya I just went in Saturday for fluids and I didn't get to leave till Sunday because I have liver issues during pregnancy they kept me because my liver enzymes were high and my plates were getting close to danger zone they almost induced me luckily I get to wait till Wednesday
I have had that my whole pregnancy you may need to go to hospital for fluids
@callher_bunny one of the reasons I was constantly nauseous is because of where I was living kept the gas grill on and running continuously. I am waiting to see if there are any residual effects that can cause harm to my baby .
