To the mommys who dealt with fracked and bleeding nipples, how did you relieve the pain ?

Warm wash cloth, vaseline

@js_kidsmom, to use cloth first then Vaseline ?

I used breast milk and lanolin cream and heating pads

@babylove11416 Its a special cream for cracked nipples they sell it at Walmart or rite aid or anything like that
